Ok, I'm not even gonna bother with a introductory to this. To be quiet frank, this movie is a glorified mediocre film. It's like the game Clue. The only interesting characters were Chris Evans's character and Daniel Craig's. The film leaves you with two things. Either figure out the mystery (which I was able to about halfway through), or debate is it morally right to have someone else's inheritance. Most characters had little to no impact on the plot because all of their testimonies were invalidated by Ana De Armas's character. I think the movie would have been better if the Trombey family was a cartel and Chris Evans's character was a serial killer. If Daniel Craig's character hadn't been sidelined for most of the movie, this would have been an 80 for me. But the overhype combined with a more comedic frame on this, along with just a mediocre story just didn't make it good for me. Scurvy and Shane, you can argue with me all you want and even try and bomb some of my favorite movies, but in the end it's just not that good. There are better murder mystery films out there. Don't waste your time on this movie like I did.
Edit: This movie is still fun but like I said earlier, mediocrity and overhype mainly made me give it a lower score than everyone else.

An above-average mystery movie, but not exactly incredible. Unlike what some others have said about the answer, I don't think it is very predictable. (I didn't see it coming, at least).

Solid film, I enjoyed the natural progression of Rian Johnson’s ability to handle subversion grow from 2017’s 'The Last Jedi'. Rian really has an eye for shot composition and complexity, as well as parallels and subtle background details that help establish and flesh out the characters. The plot itself is very enthralling (for the most part) with few lulls and an entertaining mystery. I am not a fan, however, of the trope of making the obvious bad guy the killer. I think it can work decently well the first couple of times you see it happen, but used excessively, it becomes passé. In conclusion: eat sh*t, eat sh*t, eat sh*t, eat sh*t, eat sh*t, eat sh*t

I was able to solve the case halfway through the movie. Get better, Daniel Craig.
