Cedar Park Christian Middle School

At the time I was in middle school I was a top performing student up until 8th grade when I started falling behind. I took it pretty hard and the school didn’t really help at all. This was kind of the beginning to my apathetic view of cedar park. The math department has always been my main problem with it. You are stuck with all bad teachers and then you get Ian for a semester and try to get caught up but at that point the foundation of your learning is a jenga tower made of yeazel and other teachers work. Other than that I think that Covid also left a huge negative impact on my time here. The only saving grace was the DC trip Brockmann, Long, and my friends

I learned absolutely nothing except from two teachers: Mr. Long and Mr. Brockman. Long taught me how to study and Brockman taught me how to debate. Other than that I barely remember my time here because it was useless.

Overrated. Now don’t get me wrong, I still have good memories of it. I met a lot of my friends there and was able to do fun things like go to Washington DC and just overall have a good time. But the education is absolutely unnecessary except for maybe math. No one checks your middle school gpa or grades. Overall it’s mostly just filler. It also didn’t help that the Covid 19 pandemic happened essentially voiding 6th grade and nerfing 7th grade hard. Yeah for the most part it was fun but a lot of unnecessary filler happened.
