If you look past the terrible ending and the nonsense propaganda, "there's a kind of humanity in it." This film had actual potential and some parts were funny or even cool, but there's also just SO much working against it. I liked the idea of the new main characters, and the plot is alright until it gets near the ending. It almost feels as if two opposing teams tried to direct the movie at the same time. The more meaningful and based bits were seemingly thought necessary to dilute with quick humor and they also added weird feminism moments and, was that supposed to be a gay scene?

A very confusing movie, except for when they explain every single reference to me like I'm a baby. A very funny movie, except for when it's sometimes awful and repetitive (seriously they milk the window joke like 20 times). A very pretty movie, except for when it looks like a MrBeast thumbnail. It's horrible and good but never boring. It's not worth missing Spy Kids 2 movie night for, though.
