Barbie

I'm not gonna cap here. I was one of the biggest Barbie haters. I'm very pro- Christopher Nolan. So when my small group was like, "Let's go see Barbie," I was like, "Fine, I guess I'll go," but man was I BLOWN away. The movie is actually really funny and makes fun of everything from masculinity to femininity. Ryan Gosling, Will Ferrell, and anyone who played Ken was great. I actually think Margot Robbie is Barbie now instead of Harley Quinn. And yes even though the Barbies did take back Kenland and Alan is, well, terrible for helping them, it was still funny how they did it and it still was a good film overall.

This is a fun, quirky comedy that isn’t meant to be taken seriously. It has a very sophisticated message which I was expecting since Noah Baumbach wrote it. The pacing was horrible. Ryan Gosling was the best part. Same with Will Ferrell. This movie has a great sense of humor. Overall it was nothing special. If this review sounds robotic it is because I'm tired.
