Another funny Wallace & Gromit short film. Sometimes, you don't need a whole lot to convey emotion. I felt sad for Gromit when he was rejected, and all that was shown was a couple seconds of him sitting in a doghouse. The story was also unexpected and good. My favorite parts were Gromit laying down the tracks at Mach 8 and the penguin whipping out a Glock.

This was a cute Wallace & Gromit movie until the penguin pulled out a Glock.

This is genuinely one of the greatest pieces of animated media ever. The storytelling is fantastic. The film mostly focuses on Gromit and Feathers McGraw (the penguin), two characters that are unable to talk. So instead of relying on storytelling through words, the film uses visual storytelling, and it is gripping. The characters' emotions, thoughts, and plans are made clear without the use of dialogue, and it is gripping to watch. The animation is groundbreaking. This was made in 1993 and it is still impressive. It never feels like the animators cut corners; they pushed the boundaries of claymation and as a result, this movie is a visual treat. I laughed at all of the gags. This film's humor is subtle yet effective, and there are lots of visual gags both obvious and hidden. This is a simple but amazing film. I usually can understand if someone doesn't like something, but with this, if you don't like it then you are either ignorant or stupid. (I am dead serious about everything I said in this).
