Edward Scissorhands

Some good old Tim Burton fun. The production design looks great, Johny Depp does a great job, the music is wonderful, it's very funny, it has a good emotional core, etc. There isn't much to say about this movie other than it's fun. It's not deep or anything, but it doesn't need to be. You can watch this movie at any time and it would be fitting.
