TMNT

A standalone "sequel" to the live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3, TMNT may not have good animation but it has the best story concept so far. It explores the Turtles breaking up and reuniting along with Leonardo and Raphael's complicated relationship together. That alone is 75 maybe 80 right there. However, it's kinda ruined by an unneeded villain, who once again has no ties with the turtles and wants to take over the city. If that hadn't been in the movie this movie would've been way better. Overall good movie but definitely could've been better.
