Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III

The 3rd and final true live action installment of the 90s franchise TMNT 3 just and obviously is lazy writing, bad quality and poor acting. But that doesn't mean that its not funny though. While I did rag on TMNT Secret of the Ooze for having a tonal shift, since you know this one is just gonna be full camp its a blast. The Turtles say the dumbest yet funniest stuff yet. This is probably so far, the funniest TMNT movie out there, even if it has to sacrifice everything else. Overall mid but funny
